Memories In Time
Snow snow snow
Falling from a slope
With a flow
Landing on naked branches
Covering trenches
Where memory reaches
And how that shines
With rays that blinds
In lovers minds
Time is passing
Like the slow flash of lightning
With the present changing
Remember the days
When trees sway
Woosh, woosh, woosh
Making a musical play
Also the days
When the sky is grey
Keeping you away
Close your eyes
Full of surprise
How the past flies
But reality is a blink of an eye
How it flies
How it flies…
Snow snow snow
Falling from a slope
With a flow
Landing on naked branches
Covering trenches
Where memory reaches
And how that shines
With rays that blinds
In lovers minds
Time is passing
Like the slow flash of lightning
With the present changing
Remember the days
When trees sway
Woosh, woosh, woosh
Making a musical play
Also the days
When the sky is grey
Keeping you away
Close your eyes
Full of surprise
How the past flies
But reality is a blink of an eye
How it flies
How it flies…

Summary Paragraphs
Extreme Weather
Extreme weather occur everyday all around the world. Recently, occurrence of extreme weather has increased in numbers along with its intensity. Through research by organizations like the WMO, scientists predict that Global Warming and climate change can be a cause to these phenomenons. Also, the ability to absorb water by different soil types can result in droughts. Developing countries are most vulnerable to disasters caused by these events, because they lack in relief workers and alert systems. In the past few years, mass flooding, long lasting droughts, and wildfires has reached its peak by appearing in many areas on a large scale. To minimize damage done by extreme weather, the WMO decided to use new technology to indicate the damage connected to this. Just in April of Last year, unusual numbers of tornado occurred through out the United Sates as a result of extreme storm. Extreme weather is the cause of many deaths, property loose, and it could apply great burden on the economy.
International Adoption
In North America, very few adoption opportunities are available for couples without child. Therefore, many infants mostly from countries in Asia get adopted by western couples. However, some adopted child experiences racism and the risk of loosing their original culture. This act started after WWII where thousands of Jewish children were left without parents. The Vietnam and Korean War further increased the number of adoptions, since babies that are mixed with foreign blood were not welcome in their home countries. China replaced Korea as the country with the highest adoption rate due to the one child policy. As concerns started to rise for the well being of adopted children, the Hague Convention was passed down to restrict the qualification of adopting parents. Many celebrities also participated in international adoption. Many adopted children also faces child abuse and could become mentally ill.
Cloning
Cloning has always been a topic of the 20th century, but it was not until the 1900s before the cloning of mammals were practiced. Some discussed whether DNA could be changed in humans to produce different features in the body. All species produced by two different sets of DNA are always different from everyone else. When cloning, cells from the body is put into sexual cells and eventually developed into a whole organism. Through observation from previously cloned animals, researchers discovered that the life spend of the cloned animal is shorter than the original, because the cell taking from the original animal was already aging. Debates are forming on whether human cloning should be allowed. However, cloning could be used on medical purposes. Using sick cells to clone a animal, then later test drugs on them.
